  • 25-minute Workout Routine How-To 
  • Effective Warmups How and Why

I. Running Coaching Available: 5K to Half Marathon 

  • initial assessment with customized training plan to follow (includes target pacing to progress to goals)
  • weekly review to consider beneficial modifications
  • remote communications, i.e., email, telephone, text, etc.

Fee: Weekly $25 (6-week minimum) plus $35 Initial Assessment

II. Leaner Stronger Fitter : Exchange fat for muscle. Put your body to work burning stored fat as energy. Lose weight and get stronger. Learn how to stay that way.

  • ‘Leaner Stronger Fitter’ 6-week plan customized to your goals and lifestyle
  • Weekly coach/chat plus ongoing text & email support

Fee: Weekly $25 (6-week minimum) plus $35 Initial Assessment

III. Take Control of Your Health & Wellness:  Eat more nutritiously, get active, and manage weight (including weight-loss). (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced levels) Optional: Cardio (Walk | Run | Cycle | Swim)

  • ‘You-are-an-Experiment-of-One’ plan created to suit your personal wants and needs
  • Nutritional suggestions, recipes, and more

Fee: $100@hour

IV. Self-Empowerment for Change: Plan | Act | Achieve Highly effective mentoring to put your decision-making muscle, aka brain, into action. Build habits for the long term.

Fee: $100@hour
