REGULAR SERVICES
I. Running Coaching Available: 5K to Half Marathon
- initial consult with personalized training plan to follow (includes target pacing to progress to goals)
- weekly review for beneficial modifications
- ongoing communications, i.e., email, telephone, text, etc.
Fee: Weekly $25 (8-week minimum) plus $35 Initial Assessment
II. Stronger-Fitter-Healthier : Put your body to work. Experience the effectiveness and efficiency of interval-based exercise. Achieve results and build habits to stay that way.
- ‘Stronger-Fitter-Healthier’ 8-week personalized plan
(Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced levels) with cardio options: Walk | Run | Cycle | Swim)
- ongoing text & email support & latest scientific info
Fee: Weekly $25 (8-week minimum) plus $35 Initial Assessment
III. Mentoring for Behaviour Change: Mentoring/coaching to help you build habits for the long term
- personal mentoring/coaching consultations to help you establish and build habits for the long term
