One taste and you will instantly love the flavour of my Handmade Healthy Eats. I believe in eating ‘real food’ and use only the freshest and highest quality ingredients–I roast and grind the almonds, use farm-fresh eggs, pure vanilla, and many organic-only ingredients. Banana Blondie Protein Pucks: freshly roasted and ground almonds, bananas, farm-fresh eggs, whey protein, cacao nibs, baking powder, sea salt. Protein 3g/Carbs 2.5g Perfect for morning or afternoon coffee break. Satisfying and no spiking of blood sugar levels with these tasty morsels.

Energy Balls (recipe by Meaghan Jansen): Oat flakes, toasted coconut flakes, almond butter, ground flaxseed, maple syrup, unsweetened organic cocoa powder, chia seeds, pure vanilla. Energizing and tasty balls that fuel a workout or provide  ‘a wee sweet snack’ with incredible flavour.

Crunchy Seed and Oat Crackers: rolled oats, buckwheat groats, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, herbs, baking powder, non-dairy milk, oil, sugar (negligible amt) pepita seeds, sesame seeds, sea salt. Looking for a bit of crunch, a commercial cracker substitute. Here it is–gluten-free and yeast free, high protein with fibre and delicious. 

Sweet Potato Squares: roasted sweet potato, eggs, almond butter, greek yogurt, whey protein, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, cacao nibs. A tasty square that provides healthy fuel and flavour. Yummy good!
